Since February 2017, Rose Persian Cuisine has been a beloved fixture in the heart of West Vancouver. We’re dedicated to serving our customers delicious and authentic halal Persian cuisine, made with the freshest ingredients and reflective of the richness of Persian culture. Our talented chefs are passionate about creating visually stunning and flavorful dishes using high-grade meats and produce.

  We had an amazing experience at Rose Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious - we ordered jooje kabab and barg and both dishes were cooked to perfection. But what really stood out to us was the exceptional service. She was incredibly respectful, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our meal.   I like the Barberry Rice with Chicken at $15. Chicken was moist and soft, perfect for my taste. They don’t feature any house wines, not like other Persian restaurants in Vancouver. The dinner bread was excellent. The minor setback is the wait to be seated: empty restaurant with 5 staffers in the kitchen, but we had to wait for 10 minutes to get a table.

  I really enjoyed this place which offers a great balance of taste, portion and cost. Their eggplant dip was delicious. The lamb shoulder and kubideh kebab were well flavoured as well. The regular price is pretty reasonable given the huge portion they offer. Right now, they have the winter special pricing going on which is a nice bonus. Ordered three dishes which came under $50 and it was enough to feed two people with enough leftover to provide lunch next day. The price is almost on par with the similar type of food at food court.
